I think the stations web sight airs it that's how I saw the episodes I missed.

Of course you can! Just go to http://myspace.com/fox and you can see previous episodes of Prison Break. Fox makes them available to you as well as other shows the day after they air the episode.
You cannot download them though, but need to stream them.
Have fun watching them!

I watch the shows that I miss on the TV network website. I know that ABC & NBC both air reruns on the internet. Might check into it. :)

The only LEGAL way I know how is to download them from iTunes store.

try youtube.com or if you want better quality and don't mind paying try itunes.
