I am an electrician and I say electricity, depending on the voltage and if I was standing in water like water-boy. Scalding steam would leave burns and probably take longer like a Hitler torture, electricity at least might make you, well, it is like touching a burner, you will try and let go immediately.

Easy Electricity. Electricity flows through you and stops everything slowly while scalding steam just gets at you from the outside until your skin is burned and scarred or bleed to death

No question! Electricity! I've experienced both and steam is way worse! Plus your left with worse burns. If you get too much juice then you just die and then its all over anyway. Too much steam and you really really suffer!

i think electricity because it has it flows through you while the burning pain builds up.
