There is a dentist in this area Dr Tom Puschak who will buy back candy from kids in the name of dental health. You don't even have to be his patient and he pays $2 per pound.

I really hope not. The dentist is probably doing it more for advertising or getting his name on tv. If everyone took perfect care of their teeth he would go out of business.
