the fox news joke is exactly what all my jewish friends say. have you ever even watched fox news or are you just repeating that line like everyone else. be original. Americans are not stupid enough to have their views completely persuaded by a tv news channel with a bunch of silly little political shows. give your fellow americans' intelligence some credit. everybody thinks they're so smart.

It is because the Jewish population, being minority, has good reasons to be supportive of civil rights and human rights (which defend the social position of minorities), and these are traditionally (at least since FDR) supported by the Democratic Party.

I didn't know that they were. I wonder what the facts are on this item. If, and I do mean IF it's true, then I would guess it has to do with being a minority and from that having empathy for social issues. Again, I said IF.
