I don't think people should be allowed to smoke at all in public. I have a lot of respritory problems, and even when they have their own section it still affects my breathing. I also would like to be able to take my family out places without smelling the nasty smell of someone who smokes... you can smell them from like 15 feet away. NO LIE! I think smoking is so gross, and many others do as well. I think it should be banned from all places.

People want to kill the man on the street smoking and never see the 500 cars behind him that put out more toxins in 1 hour than a smoker does in a life time. It's the old " Jump on the band wagon and kick the old dog while he is down". Next it's going to be fat people. look out Micky Dee's

I for one as a non smoker am happy about the crackdown. I'm tired of having cigarette smoke blown straight at my face. Smokers dont even realize that their second hand smoke is affecting other people because a lot of times, the wind or a draft blows it in an innocent victim's direction. When people are in their own homes, it's their own business what they do, but the government is trying to protect innocent children who become the victims of secondhand smoke.

I think that is stupid how you can't smoke in private places. I wouldn't worry about the prices. If you don't like the prices then just quit smoking. It will save you so much money.

i think smoking should just be plain illegal everywhere all the time. its gross, and when ur in public, people shuld respect you and your health. so smoking in public is very rude because it smells gross, and it interupts my breathing. i would like to not die b/c someone else has a bad habit

Many countries have more freedom than the US. Thanks to smoking restrictions, I now have the freedom not to be subjected to other peoples stinking offensive habits.
