i believe we all find a soul mate in life,whether it is your partner or friend..you know there feelings and you think and feel the same things...i have a soul mate and he is my best friend...so is it rubbish or true??

I found my soul mate but we were both married to other people. We knew that even though we were meant to be with each other we couldn't carry out an affair as that's not in our make up and that we would never leave our current partners. We don't communicate with each other as we want to play safe but he's in my heart everyday.

Yes I am lucky enough to have a soul mate. It is my partner and we have been together for four and a half years. I totally agree with you. It is possible to know their feelings and to feel the same things. Its like you are totally on the same wave-length as them isnt it? You can tell them anything, and you can rely on them at the drop of a hat.
Not everyone has the joy of having a soul mate, and it is usually those that are cynical about it.
I am so pleased for you that you have found your soul mate. :o)

I don't think I have one, I've never felt a deep connection to anyone in that way. I have friends that I can trust no end and I have other people I can discuss anything to. I have trusted friends that I would trust with my life but as for a soul mate I'd have to say as yet (I'm 31) no not met him/her.

My hubby is my soul mate, I believe there is a soul mate out there for everyone, when you meet them you will understand that its not rubbish and that they do exist.

its true, i have a soul mate and he's my best mate too. I believe we all have some one out there that we truely connect with and can almost feel each others happiness, pain and thoughts. we're on different sides of the world at the moment, but the connection is as strong as ever.

While the idea sounds touchy, think its rubbish. How could it possibly be? I think a soul mate is really alot like oneself and if that were really the case, I'd find no one like me.
