When I was in grade school, I remember every year for Halloween, each class used to make their own Halloween song. One year, my class wrote a song called "The Cat Came Back." How about you?

All the authors got together, fate one night
To have a costume party, here at Amiright
Over at the bar, could not believe my eyes
Phil was Captain Morgan, Guy was shaking up Mai Tai's

The electric slide was lead, by Rick and Mari Duncan

Mike Pacholec was sporting, a Yankee uniform,
Bill Tong attended, as box of popped corn
Even Jeff Ruben, was all made up in football garb
He stopped to get a Happy Meal, 'cause he was really starved

A choir robe was worn, by Ada-gio (Pat)
The Florio's were a pimp'in, and sporting top hats
Some gal's, we're not fimilar with, were looking kind of slinky
We figured out... they're with Spaff, the icing on his Twinkie

STG and Ethan, came far away from school
Jim, Steve, Bubba, Daddy Watt and Rice Cube,
MooRocca, Jan & Fitu, were not in keeping with climate
All of them in getups, of Gilligan's Island

Claude was looking funky, with a bright red fez
Of course, the happy clown, was Bob Gomez
And there were all the young ones, drinking Coca Cola
TJ, Leb and Static moshed with, T Marie and Emi-loca

Now we have two Johnnys, and I don't mean loos
One is into pop, and the other's into blues
One is classic rock, the other's heavy metal
One Johnny has a "D" and the other's name is Ghetto

Now don't you all fret, we did'nt make a slip'in
We could'nt do this tune, without Merry and Pippin
Oh what are they wearing?... Is it soft and supple?
Won First Prize costume, the Invisible Couple.

Floyds Garage dressed, as great big wrecker
Treated to some Stones tunes, by Charlie Decker
Of course it not a party, without a great M C
In a pinstripe zoot suit, webmaster Chucky G

And we even had a few, Cheech & Chong hippies
They all looked really cool, they even brought a stash
Diva & the Wild Man, were dressed as biker trash

We never sang songs for Halloween in school, but we paraded our costumes in front of different classes, got treats, and did Halloween crafts.

There was one I remember us singing in class about the ghost of a guy named John. One of the lines was about how he had no skin on. I really can't remember any of the lyrics though.
