I live in a small town and posted on the window of the post office is an election ballot filled out . And names written in the write in section. This small town is done by mail in ballots. It's like they are persuading the people in town how they should vote. I believe this is wrong ! Is this legal ,Who do i contact !

this is a good ole boy town , and i beleive the postmaster knows in fact the postmaster may have been the one to post it or approved it , remember it is a small town 140 sum people

If this was done by a postal employee then they were in violation of a federal law called the Hatch act. You can contact any number of agencies including, your local congressperson, USPS.com, or your local election board. I would send an email to USPS.com first because they will fix the problem very quickly to avoid liability. Use the "contact us" link at the very bottom of the page.

This is absolutely illegal. You should contact your Postmaster immediately and also the local board of elections. Make note if it signed by a particular candidate or party.

I'm a postmaster and I have often found illegal or profane signs posted in my 24 hr lobby during the night. I can't police it 24 hours of the day, but I am grateful to anyone who notifies me of these postings.

It depends.

If the names are real people running, than yes there is a problem.
But if the names are like 'John Doe', then it is just showing an example of how to write a name in.
