I think that married life can be great, BUT both people need to have a deep knowledge of one another. They need to have an understanding of what pushes each others button, what makes each other happy, you know, how to make the other person your priority in life.

I think it's what you make of it. I think it takes both people putting in effort (it may not be always at the same time, some times you have to pick up the slack for eachother). I think people give up too easily nowadays when things get rough. I think people think the grass is greener on the other side.

It's life, only married. Ups and downs. It is what you make of it. You get out just what you put in.

Marriage is not magical. It takes a lot of compromise and understanding... and lots of loyalty and fidelity... to make a marriage work. The longer you work at it, the better it is.

i think that a marriage license gives people both male and females the false security of treating their spouse like dirt and figuring that they will stay around to take it. example, the wife who as a g/f gave her man wonderful sex and after marriage everything from before in the sex department becomes off limits. or for the man who brings his woman flowers and cards during the dating process and then after marriage she is lucky to get a pack of gum.. however if people just dated they would appreciate each other more, cuz their mate could just up and leave

I think of it the same way I think about white water rafting, I tried it, it started out as fun, became very harrowing in the middle, and I was really looking forward to the end. Also, I know for sure I won't do it again.

if you have found the right person to be married to, it can be great. But, if you are married and it's the wrong person, it can be awful. The morale of the story is choose carefully when you say "I do" otherwise you will live to regret it.

It's great. My wife stays at home to clean the house and raise the kids while I have affairs every night of the week. I'm the luckiest guy in the world.
