So why are they against verification? Everyone has to have an ID to cash their entitlement checks, right?

A national ID Card is way over due. All of the arguments against this policy put together don't add up to a pisshole in the snow.
On the other hand, NO IDs for dead people, illegal immigrants, people who are brain dead, people who can't figure out how to get one in the first place, paranoid people, ....... wait a minute, this list is one I used to answer another question awhile back concerning the Democratic voter base....... Now I Get It !

I say do the voter verification... I know several elderly people that can't drive and don't have IDs that vote Republican...
I don't know any dems that don't have IDs...
and Republicans never cry about voter fraud... right? (dead voters, illegal immigrant voters, ect.)
most dems that believe "voter fraud" conspiracies believe it's after the votes are cast where the fraud goes on...so the ID plan does nothing to stop that...

ID's should be a must. We need voters who think. Dem's sound like poor losers to me. What if the shoe were on the other foot and the Dem's won the same way as the Rep's. Would they stand up a cry foul play. We give it to the Reps.
