Most likely you would get wrist / finger flexor contracture, since you wouldn't be able to extend your wrist or fingers. Grip would be weakened, lifting objects normally would be extremely difficult. Writing, turning a key, opening a jar, and other functional activities using the hand would be limited or impossible.
