I like doing things myself because when I have someone else do it I know they will color that wrong or use the wrong technique, or just make something go wrong. I like doing things myself because I can be proud of my work because it's just mine, and I don't look helpless. I like to be tough......

I like to do things myself when I can, at least I find out what I'm capable of doing. Being cheap is also a great motivator. LOL

I do all my car repair, plumbing, electrical, carpenter, and computer work. There are some thing that I won't do because of the risk of severe injury. Such as trim my dog's toenails...
