there is alot of contreversy on this and i want to know if it is legal or not. please dont explain it to me in law codes or whatever because I won't understand. i found this site to be extremely cheap and I really want to use it but not if it is illegal. so it it legal or not?
ps- i searched the internet about this and found many articles saying it is legal and some saying it is not totally legal. some even said that there is a lawsuit filed against it and its not legal.

also what i mean is if the site turns out to be illegal, will they go after like me , (the users), or just close down the site

No idea. But I've heard several authorities are trying to shut it down. The site (as far as I know) is linked to a company in Russia, so American lawyers might not have as much sway as if the site were in the US.
I've read the web articles as well. If you want to become a member, I'd recommend you keep an eye out for any breaking news - scan the web once a week or so...etc.
