I found out that I look at eyes and shoes. Together they give a pretty good idea of the 'whole' youre meeting the first time.
As they say here eyes can rarely lie about a person 's insight,as well their shoes give alot abt the way they relate to the outside world. Genuinity from the eyes, emotional solidity or reliability from shoes.

i don't conciously look for any qualities when I first meet someone. Usually, I'm not interested enough to care.

I notice their body language and eye contact ( or lack of). A smile really stands out to me.

I look for three things :
-If they give me a FIRM handshake (I like that)
-If they look me straight in the eye while talking to me
-And the most trivial one : their teeth.....I don't like teeth that aren't taken care
of)

Do they enjoy inflicting pain on others is one thing I try to notice. Are they nice to people, are they genuine, other things.
