The casualties of U.S. Troops in Iraq is higher than the number of deaths at the World Trade Center on and since 9/11.
Take actions to protect the Americans in immediate danger.

Who cares. This is our country. We will vote how we want.
Osama, N. Korea and Iran will not like us any better or think we are weaker depending on who is in office.
If it is Republicans, they will say "look at Iraq war, creating terrorists BOO!"
If it is Democrats, they will say "Weak, wimpy policy, BOO!"
I couldn't care less what a bunch of nutjobs think.

osama wants republicans, iran and korea want democrats.
osama wants repubs because they are more concerned with oil than finding him. also, and more importantly, bush is a nutjob extremist whose policies work as a recruiting sergeant for "terrorists". (14 US agencies agree)
the two countries are different. they don't want to be attacked, so they'd prefer it if the warmongering idiot's party were bitchslapped.

Dems. Definitely Dems.
If the Dems won, they'd withdraw all troops, let extremist countries do whatever they want, and generally cower in fear of UN reprisal for getting anything done.

The premise of your question is flawed, in a sense, because none of them believe in democracy.

I don't think it really matters to them. They know who controls both parties.
