Buffon told Zidane not to worry about his bald head that he had plenty of hair to spare if he wanted a hair transplant!
No kidding aside, Buffon being such a good person was trying to comfort Zidane after making a fool of himself!

Most probably saying that he should not have done that or maybe u should owe up what u have done. I think it will not be personally as zidane didn't react much to it.
