One would assume that to ask such a question, the questioner does not possess the abilities both to perform the execution and deal with the results. Do not dapple when the knowing tread very lightly.

According to the mythology, you're not supposed to deal with jinn. Once they're free in this plane, they start causing chaos and destruction.
Not that I believe that this can be done. It's just that I'd rather hear about someone trying to summon a creature that's considered harmless than one that's considered dangerous.---maybe a unicorn or something.
And no, you're not likely to find a spell like that here. I doubt that such a thing exists; and if it did, you probably wouldn't be powerful enough to do it.
