Well, you can try and use Job Find sites (like Monster.com) and say that you're an employer. This service is quite expensive, however.

There may be some other job sites that let you search resumes for free, but I haven't found any yet.

So, why not just search for the experience you want:

Look for personal resume webpages with the keywords you're looking for.
