Most counties have a wesite. Look for GIS (geographical information system) You can type in an address and find out who owns it.

I don't know of a site, but the town or city has a record that is available to all.

Yes. It's usually called "city hall." You might have to get off your hindquarters to get there, but the exercise might do you some good.

I know you can search addresses on dataquick.com, but I don't think that it is free.
