In Great Expectations with Ethan Hawke and Gwenyth Paltrow, i thought their water fountain kisses were beyond awesome.
And in The Girl Next Door when he was about to run away but just walked right up to her and pushed the guy out of the way and kissed her. I loved that.

Well I read that question in a different vien than the other answerers. My favorite kiss in a movie was in 1960 in New Mexico. A certain young lady and I hitched a ride with a couple from Santa Fe to Albuquerque to see the World Premier of Ben Hur. Along about the middle of the movie she grabbed my arm and I held her tight. Five or ten minutes late she leaned over and gave me a ver y passionate kiss. It was the first kiss for her. That was my very favorite kiss in a movie.Although that is not what you wanted thanks just the same for inviting me to respond.

Number One: when Harvey Keitel kisses Holly Hunter in "The Piano"-Number Two: Joe Black (Brad pitt) and Bill Parrish's daughter when he kisses a woman for the first time and then later when they finally take the plunge...Brokeback Mountain was also one great kiss!!!

I liked the one in Never Been Kissed when she's waiting on the pitcher's mound and it seemed he wasn't going to show up.
Also, there's a version of Jane Eyre with Samantha Morton where they're in the rain and the tension has built to explosion and they kiss. Ahhh.

My Favorite Kiss is in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's with Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard. She goes running after her cat in the alley in the pouring rain. He goes to help her. They get drenched and she finally finds the cat. She cries, he kisses her and ohhh, it's pulls at your heart.
