First off, I'm a real estate agent. My girlfriends best friend (female) needed a loan for a home, so I got her approved and into a home. The night of the signing of the final paperwork, my girlfriend was working late so her best friend and myself went over the paperwork and had everything signed. In celebration of her new home that she would be moving into, we decided to share a bottle of wine. Now, my girlfriends best friend is gorgeous and I've always found her extremely attractive. Well you can see where this is going, one thing leads to another and we ended up having some of the best sex that I have ever had. Later my girlfriend comes home, and we're sitting in the living room like nothing has happened. Needless to say, we played things off really well and have been sleeping with eachother for about 1 month now. I've been with my girlfriend for about 2 years now and I'm thinking about kicking her out, with no place to go, and starting a serious relationship with her friend.

Is it lust or love, Lust will be the downfall, but love lives forever. Keep her number, but keep the one who has been their for you in thick and thin. I hate people screwing up a realationship for the one time good feeling. Screw you head back on

The girl that your messing around with is NOT a best friend. I can understand something just "happening" in the spur of the moment, but to continue things. That is where you and her both went wrong! You should just tell your girlfriend the truth. Which is really going to break her heart and leave her with two less friends. I guess she'll have to get over it, it will defiantly leave her with trust issues, and who knows what else.

Yes you are wrong. You never ever go sleep with your girls best friend. For real you need to let her go so she can find someone better. And how are you talking of starting a serious relationship with her friend when she knows that you don't care about cheating on your current girl. I can tell you this, you will never have a serious relationship with the friend b/c she knows you are no good and she will probably cheat on you.

Looks like you choose sex over love... You are ethically wrong in making your choices. Unfortunately, for you, her friend might not be serious about you. But do your girlfriend a last flavor. Find her a place to stay (You are a real estate agent, right?) And leave her.

This is pretty lousy of you AND of the "best friend". Good friends, male or female, don't treat each other this way.You and the new homeowner probably deserve each other.
I hope your (soon to be ex-) girlfriend finds someone with a little more self-control and consideration next time!

changing partners is never a bad thing, its OK to change your feelings for someone however,it would have been the right thing to end relationship number one first, think for one moment how you would feel if the shoe was on the other foot.i always find that things run much smoother if honesty is used, you have to realize that the way you are ending your relationship with number one for number two is going to cause you many problems, non the less good luck.

Maybe break the news to her and try and help her find a new place. Be a good guy and just dont dump her out on the street. That doesnt usually end well! Lots of crying and screaming!

Yes, you were and are wrong. The girlfriend needs to know, and you should question how valuable the "friend" is if she would sleep with you.
