Tell her the truth. Tell her that you would love her to come trick or treating with you but you don't really get along with her friend. Or you can grin and bear it for just one night..... That would show your friend that you want to be her friend no matter what...

tricky one as youre asking youre friend to choose between you both.if you wear a really good costume they might not know its you!
