If you really wish to study Engineering in Malaysia, you have many choices. INTI college has always been very reputable and till date able to produces very outstanding Engineering graduate via their partnership with UK Leeds University and Bradford University. As for public university, UTM is a good choice for pursuing your Engineering degree because of their experience and much more affordable fees.

IMO, the best place to study Engineering would be Singapore's NTU.

I have been to both places. Only for travel purposes. I hated India. Dirty filthy country... way toooooooo over populated. But if you like that kind of environment then go ahead!

Malaysia on the other hand, what a great place! Enjoyed every moment! But I don't know If Malaysia would be better for studying... probably India would be better.

india for surely &for many reasons.
mainly how they say that india and china are becoming the leading industries of our world.. and the fact that they are one of the poorest countries with a high population growth rate. theres just so much going on in there. and thier movies!! did you know that their film industry has most recently been found out to have made it further than american movies? their movies are numberrone :]

depends..u have to ask urself a lot of questions..esp. what ur majoring in: engineering, and what aspect, aka electrical, research, etc.. If your looking into a specific field, u have to first check which country has the better resources in that field
