No u can't because with out a costume.. it's just begging for candy! The outfit is the entertainment factor for the people giving out candy.. if you came to my door I would be like what the heck??

yeah, i went today and i didnt even need to say a thing. they dont actually care. just go with a friend and u wont be as nervous. o n act really poor so that it explains y u dont have a costume.

We don't pass out candy to anyone not in costume...That's what halloween is about.

What is wrong with you? that's the fun of halloween. lots of people don't give you candy if you're not dressed up. you can but..........................................................
it also depends on how old u r. if youre like 18, people usually refuse to open the door.
