Or did he just accidentally say what he really feels in his heart? If he made a mistake, I say he accidentally said what he thinks.

Listen carefully, does it really sound like he's talking about Bush? Or the people (US military) that 'ended up in Iraq'? Come on people, be honest.

If Kerry slightly mispoke, then Foley committed a slight typo in his emails to young Congressional pages.

That's right Lee. I think Bush is a much better example of a US soldier who served his country in wartime. Bush Sr., that is.
Bush Jr. certainly never had the opportunity to made up an injury to get a Purple Heart. Bush Jr. never saw the enemy. He didn't even stick around to finish his service in the Reserves!
Bush Jr. is a disgrace to his father's service record. Bush Sr. is a real hero.

Kerry is a disgrace to his office and to the American people... check your facts.. he now says the comment was a "joke" that went wrong.. a jab at Bush. We don't need that crap from someone who got out of Viet Nam on a made up (probably self inflicted) injury, came back and threw his (someone else's ) medals back and then sold out our troops, aiding the enemy... war "hero" my a*ss.

Good point, I think he says he mispoke because he is so used to saying what people want to hear, not what he really believes. A true politician at heart.

I saw the clip. The comment portrayed Iraq as a place that you wouldn't want to go to. He is right. Iraq is ****** up and Americans are dieing for no reason until we set a goal and a plan to achieve that goal.

Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld should apologize and resign.

I think he said something he didn't mean. I believe he was trying to knock Bush, but what he said knocked the soldiers. But I don't believe that he was intending to do so, nor do I believe he thinks soldiers are stupid. He knows better.

I believe where there is smoke there is fire, you can't hide you true feelings forever. there is nothing about bush in there. He is saying that solders are dumb flunkies who have no other choice.

More U.S. soldiers have died in Iraq than the number of people killed in the World Trade Center.

Someone needs to speak up.
