My Boyfriend is African and Jamican and I am Dutch German... Some people dont care - which I love It makes no diffrenece to me, but esp. African women seem to take a strong distaste to it. Why is it that People dont always accept it? I honestly dont understand.

That's something you shouldn't even worry about. It's always someone out there who's not going to approve. Ignore them and love your man because the ones who are not accepting it are probably the ones who wish they had a man. Life is to short to concern yourself with other peoples hangups. Have fun.

Ah sweetie, because they are ignorant people out there, I have a biracial daughter and people always stare and some have even asked me "what she is" to which I reply, my daughter.
I feel you-and believe it is not just African American women, you might just seem to notice it more. Don't let it bother you-you and him are all that matters, and if you are happy, don't give a thought about what anyone else thinks.

People don't like to see mixed racial ralationships. In today's world we need to be diverse and accept everyone versus caring that someone is dating outside of their race. As long as you are happy, don't worry about it!

beacuse there is a great shortage of "good" black men out there and african american women that cant find a good black man HATE 2 c a white woman with one...to me it doesnt matter..men r men...dony even worry or stress those women that hate to see u with ur man...when u get the dirty looks HOLD UR MANS HAND AND HOLD UR HEAD UP HIGH...they have their own issues to deal with..good luck
