Try Enfamil Nutramigen formula. I had the same problem with my little one and once I changed to this formula, she was like a NEW child! It is expensive and that did suck, but it was worth having a happy, healthy baby!

Try putting her on soy formula or even lactose intolerant formula. The best brand I found was Simulac. Its the most gentle on babies stomach. She may have gas. Mylecon works wonders or if you want to try the all natural way go to walgreens or riteaide and buy gripe water, its herbal and safe to use on new borns. Just follow the directions on the bottle. Also try giving her warm baths at night with lavender bath sopa for new borns, something about the lavender soothes them. I feel for you the first time around is always hard , its a process of elimination. Just think in this order. Is she wet? Is she hungry? Is she cold? Is she uncomfortable? Does she have gas? There is a great book called Dr. Spock I suggest you read it, it helped me emmensly. Good luck and Take care-

her crying could be numerous of reasons she could possibly have gas, newborn babies often cry when environment changes they like to be swaddled up and kept very warm try giving her a warm bath followed by a warm bottle and rock her to sleep she should be find if not consult her pediatrician
I don't think that it was from the breat milk, it is the best way to go formula is secondary and she broke out from formula maybe because she is allergic to one of the ingrediants mixed in formula
personally I think you should stick to breast feeding plus its healthier for your baby(easier for her to digest, less fussier, makes her immune system establish better) the key with breast feeding is to eat healthy
GOOD LUCK, CONGRADS

Yes, it's probably a reaction to the switch to formula.
My guess is the rash may be related to the cow's milk in the formula.
Try breastfeeding her but eliminating dairy from your diet.

The others had great ideas. I wanted to add if it is gas, you can hold the baby away from you with your arm across their belly and rub her back from the bottom to the top and the gas bubbles will come up easier. It helped my baby who was collic.

Take your baby to the doctor A.S.A.P. This might be a formula allergy.

The best advice I can give is to take her to the doc to see if she has an allergy
