Am I to understand that if you turn OFF all your lights, the power will go down?.....In NY it works just the opposite.

Hey!! I got a great idea...

If all the New Yorkers were to turn ON their lights at exactly 11:30 pm, then we can have a GLOBAL BROWN-OUT!!!

I live in the U.S. and already use as little electricity as possible... trying to keep my bill down. ;-)
