Liongate, the company that made the Saw trilogy announced that they have plans for a Saw 4 (coming out next Halloween) and Saw 5 coming out the following year. What's more suprising is that Tobin Bell (jigsaw) is signed for the upcoming movies. Considering what happens at the end of Saw 3.... how are they going to make that work?

i was gonna ask the same questions. and also, since it is confirmed that tobin bell will appear in it. i got a rumor of wikipedia that its a prequel...

It could be just a prequel. Or it just be that he's cast as John again, but he doesn't have an active part in the movie. It could be just flashbacks to things prior that happened before something in the new movie to fill in gaps. I don't see how they could bring him back as the same as before, so I'm guessing he's just cast to do flashbacks of his character Jigsaw before.

I bet some little knomes are going to sew him all together again and ta-da!
( actually i dont know what happen to him but i bet he was all SAWED up!)

has to be a trick. maybe something with the wax he poured out in the movie on the table, or he didnt really die he pulled the plug. think about this, when he met with jeff, he had to of thought that jeff would try and kill him right? maybe he had somehtin up his sleeve for that.
