Does anyone celebrate the dead? Like on the day after Halloween called All Saints Day? I think it is a respectful honor to the ones who lived and then passed, what do you think?

Yes. The Catholic and Episcopalian churches, among others, observe All Saints and All Souls day. Technically, All Souls is the memorial for the deceased, not All Saints (which is exactly what it implies--the feast of all the saints of the church). I usually go to both of these services, and on All Souls, sometimes a "necrology" (list of the dead) is read aloud, and prayers are offered in their honor. For Catholics, All Saints is a holy day of obligation.
