I have a dating online idea and it is new one, not yet available and I wonder how can i finance it?

Venture capital is virtually impossible to obtain. Successful 'startups' always go 1 of 2 ways: #1 they finance themselve and take the financial hit, sort of like a garage band playing free gigs and struggling to 'make it'. #2 When the startup is FULLY FUNCTIONAL and is a PROVEN traffic generator only THEN will the investors come to gobble you up. This is my experience.

You can try angel investor groups

If it is a really great idea...don't talk about it too much on the net. Draw up a business plan and try to talk to banks or investors about helping you out.

You can get a small business loan. Just go to one of the tellers at your bank and tell them your interested in a Small Business loan, and how to go about getting one.
