Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
I don't mind and am able to take direction well. Some people like things done a certain way, and I have no problem executing that for them.
Some people DO push the envelop though.Sometimes they are just being excessively dictatorial, or unnecessarily bossy.

yes and no (where ever it applies)

yes i mind, is when people 'shuffle things into my throat' without proper explanations/ elaborations as to why it should be done this way? i'm not a fool to take on instructions blindly cause i want to know the result and consequences of doing things in certain ways to make myself a better person and improve in the long run.

no i don't mind, is when people tell me to do certain things that or this way with proper guidance/ explanations/ elaborations/ 'education'. although having said that i'm still entitle to my own opinions and if i think it could be better ways to improve i'll say it out or best still do it my way. (we can work to the same thing as requested but can work better with shorter ways - time effective ways but still same good result or better than that).

summary - now, i've pass all these stages to have people telling me what to do cause it's my turn to tell people what to do now.

I don't like being told what to do if it's some busy body know it all.
If they try I will go out of my way to do the opposite, even if I think their way is best!
This may only be because I'm a woman though perhaps?
Hee Hee.
I prefer someone to offer advice, rather than TELL me their way is the way to do it!

I get told what to do in all those places including in my relationship. I am more of a follower than a leader:( I don't mind because it's usually for my own good. In my relationship I like it alot, because he makes me feel protected so its ok.
