That's not your appendix hurting. Side cramps (stitches) can be caused by lack of running practice, not drinking enough water, or eating a heavy meal beforehand.

I don't think it's your appendix. It's your diaphram. It's not getting enough oxygen for the amout of stress you are putting your body through. When you rest or slow down, the pain stops hurting. You then are getting enough oxygen. You should try to breathe deeper and not so quick when you run. It's what people used to call a "stitch" in their side.

probably not...but it could very well be your ovary. my friend thought she was having appendicitis, but it was actually some ovarian cists that were bursting. this is more common thatnyou think, and though it is painful ,it is not a reason for surgery. however, it does need to be diagnosed in case it is you appendix. if your appendix would burst, you would bleed internally which can lead to shock and death.

you may be dehydrated. try drinking 16-20 ounces of water an hour before you go running..a little bit during and then 16-20 after running

I'm not sure... I think it might be a cramp or something much more serious. You should go to the docter. But I've had cramps all the time...
