I have a question is it normal to throw up on your period? I mean I have cramps, but there not so bad. But I threw up about 5 times in a row on Saturday. And I didn't really eat anything. Please tell me is that normal??

Yes, it's normal. Before I had my two kids, I use to throw up a lot. My mom said I'd stop throwing up so much after I have kids. I'm not telling you to go and have kids! I'm just saying it's normal, cause I've been through it. Now, when my period comes on, I don't throw up at all; I just have a lot of bad cramping.

its normal. my sister gets really bad cramps so she always throws up at least twice a day. but i dont really know about 5 times in a row, sorry!

Yes it is normal. I would talk to your doctor though because you body doesn't get enough nutrition if you are throwing up 5 times a day.

it is normal for other women- but is it normal for YOU? do YOU usually throw up, or feel like you will, during your period? see if it happens again and becomes a trend. see how you feel. decide if you think it is your period or if you're just sick.

Perfectly normal. I get so nauseous that there are some foods that I just can't be near around that time.
