I've played soccer for about 5 yr. you have 2 use 2 hands it has 2 be over your head and you can drag 1 foot just not take it off the ground.make sure u are off the field when u throw it in!

The rule for a throw in is:
-both hands on the ball
-both feet touching the ground
-out of bounds
-throw it over your head

you have to throw it with two, otherwise, you could throw it like a goalie sidearm and get much more distance.
