I've played soccer for about 5 yr. you have 2 use 2 hands it has 2 be over your head and you can drag 1 foot just not take it off the ground.make sure u are off the field when u throw it in!

The rule for a throw in is:
-both hands on the ball
-both feet touching the ground
-out of bounds
-throw it over your head

Hi Naty
Definitely two hands and both feet must maintain contact with the ground or possession is conceded.

you have to throw it with two, otherwise, you could throw it like a goalie sidearm and get much more distance.
