Unfortunately after you turn a certain age, u are what you eat, and what you do. You have to change your whole lifestyle to see the best results. I have really bad pores too, i use St. Ives apricot scrub. It exfoliates your face and cleans it well. U should try to use it 2 times a day. Wash ur pillow cases as least once a week as well. It will help a lot. But i suggest you start by getting a facial. They will deep clean your skin and clear out your pores. Oh also i see on ur aviator pix that you have long hair! U must tie it up and get it out of ur face! Specially when u sleep! there is a lot of oil and dirt in hair that can make ur skin look nasty.

First, you need to exfoliate to remove the top layer of damaged skin. Once you've revealed new skin, you need to protect it.
1. See the first link for a self-heating, exfoliating daily facial cleanser. I would suggest using this in the morning and using a gentle facial cleanser like Cetaphil in the evening. You don't want to burn your skin!
2. See the second link for a home microdermabrasion kit that you can use to dramatically slough off the top layer of damaged skin. Follow the instructions carefully- you're playing with chemicals here!
3. In about two months you should notice that your skin is looking fresher and more even-toned, with smaller pores.
4. IN THE MEANTIME, protect your skin! While you're doing all this heavy-duty exfoliation, be careful to wear an SPF 15 sunscreen every day (look for an oil-free moisturizer with SPF). Smoking, drinking alcohol and eating junk food do NOTHING for your skin.

Firstly, dental implants are very expensive and can sometimes not work! I spent thousands of dollars on one and it did not take hold in my jaw (gross). Opt for a bridge with plain white teeth, gold or silver teeth will only make you look older.
People talk of miracle creams, moisturizers etc... helping with the aging process, they honestly don't.
With the money saved from the implants have a reputable doctor use botox on your face.
Honestly, don't listen to anyone but yourself. If your looks are getting you down it's your choice as to what you do.
Botox lasts around four months and is not permanent or damaging in any way. I'm 28 and have used it for two years. I have no fine lines and my skin looks fresh and young. A good doctor will not give you that frozen look. No one knows I have this done but people comment on my skin daily.
It's not that expensive either, give it a go!

I use to have large pores because of acne and blackheads. I went to an esthetician that performed deep facial cleaning on me. I did this facial procedure every 16 days for 2 months. After my face was clear, I only get facials once every 2 months now with a dermabrabrasion every 6 months.
My face is clear and very healthy looking. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables. Drink lots of water and exercise regularly.

Sorry, you can't totally stop the aging process, but you can do some things to help. If you smoke, stop. Smoking ages you like crazy. Drink lots of water, and exercise to keep the blood circulating and keeping your skin healthy. Use a mild facial wash if you want and be sure to use a moisturizer that has sun block (30) in it.

I'd recommend trying a retinol treatment.
This is the site of a great retinol product: http://www.greencream.com
You'll spend about $40 for a bottle but I strongly believe it's worth it.
* I'm not trying to advertise this for my own benefit or anything.
I'm 19 and have no need for this yet. I just know about it (and know people who use it) because I had a terrible acne problem and spent long hours daily doing research about skin and skin care.
You could do your own research about retinol and see that it is recommended by dermatologists to help treat sun damaged skin (wrinkles, fine lines, blotchiness, etc.).
Retinol will help with pores too.
By the way, it's just like a lotion. You cleanse, apply it, moisturize and you're done.
