Out of the blue with out any reason the right hand side of the page where the scroller is will all of a sudden bounce down and won't come back, it will not let me scroll up, even if I get it half way it shoots right back down, I usually have to wait about 5 mins to go away, any one with the same problem that might know why this happens, Thanks.

Sounds to me like you're having a technical issue with the video part of your motherboard. Install a separate video card into the computer and see if the problem has been solved. Overtime compters get really messy inside. The best thing to do is format and reinstall Windows. I don't want to explain why/how they get a mess only to keep this short. Just restore your computer and you will see it fixes about everything.
