You really need to be able to do this yourself to qualify for work at the AM-PM;

Figure the number of hours in each case and multiply it by 48. Remember that a minute is 1/60 of an hour.

Revert back to the good ole days, count it up on your fingers. Thats probably how I'd do it, because I don't feel like extrapolating how much a minute would count for in decimal format and whatnot.
