Florida due to strength of schedule.
And the only reason Michigan has more wins in conference than Ohio State is that they've played more conference games than the Buckeyes, which will get evened out this week. I guess math is a new concept to the morons in West Ypsilanti.

Flordia, with Chris Leak healthy would be my next choice for the BCS National Championship if Michigan, Ohio State, West Virginia, and Louisville were to somehow fall out (Highly Unlikly). If Flordia cannot make it than I would go with John David Booty and USC or Colt McCoy and Texas. Auburn also has a chance but I am worried about their defense but Kenny Irons is looking good and the Offense has been outstanding.
So here it is of the top teams to compete for the BCS Title:
1. Michigan (I am a fan and they have more wins within the Big Ten confrence than Ohio State)
2. Ohio State
3. West Virigna
4. Auburn
5. Texas
6. Flordia
7. Louisville
8. USC
9. Norte Dame
10. California

If it comes down to Ohio St and a bunch of 1 loss teams there would only be two logical choices. There would be two 1 loss teams with their loss being to the #1 team in the country.
Michigan - Not very likely because their loss would be very late in the season and the human polls will drop them to much. I don't think the human pollsters in the BSC equation will want to see a Michigan and Ohio St rematch for the National championship. That leaves only 1 logical choice:
Hook'em!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Colt's not a freshman anymore.
Edit
Sorry, I forgot to answer the question completely. Ohio St. wins out and we get a rematch in the desert for all the marbles.
Edit
irish - If you really think Texas is going to have any problem with A&M, especially in Austin, then you probably do believe that Notre Dame belongs in the Championship game. And the Big 12 North? Please!

Possibly Notre Dame, although it would hav worked out better for them had they beaten an undefeated USC. Florida also has a decent chance, as does Texas, and Arkansas. We'll see.
As for all those dreamers above who think Michigan will win the Big Ten. Please,..it's great that your a Big Ten fan, but let's be realistic. Michigan deserves their #2 position, but Ohio State is in another league this year. They will have no trouble beating Michigan and anyone else that come along this year.

I enjoyed reading all the responses, especially the one about the Texas rematch with OSU. Texas may want to finish up winning the Big 12 first, beat A&M, and win the conference.
Notre Dame in the title game would be nice but the scenarios for that to happen in all likelihood wont. So I go for a rematch of UM and ND.
OSU loses to Michigan
WVa loses to Rutgers
Florida loses SEC title game
Auburn loses to Bama
Tennesse loses to Arkansas
Arkansas loses to LSU but beats Florida in SEC title game
Louisville loses to WVa beats Rutgers
Texas loses to A&M
USC loses to ND
Cal loses to USC
That takes care of the SEC champ the Pac Ten champ and with OSU strength of schedule a loss knocks them out of the top 2 with a loss.
Nuke-If you think Texas is guaranteed to win out the rest of their games maybe you have not watched the last two games they have played. Amazingly they had a hard time in their last two games, and A&M is a definite step up from Tech, and Nebraska so it is quite possible that they lose the game. Aside from that you really think I believe that the above scenarios could all happen to put ND in the title game? Yeah they could and tonight the toothfairy and santa could get married in Vegas. Its a nice dream and as college football fans we all know what its like to dream.

1)OSU loses to MICH
2)MICH doesnt lose another game ND's lose doesnt look as bad because it was against the #1 team

The dark horse candidates appear to be Rutgers (!), Arkansas, and Texas.
