In some cases it is, in otehrs it isn't. Having a few aches and pains early in pregnancy is normal. Your body is just getting used to everything and preparing itself for the following months of the pregnancy. If the pains become more like menstrual cramps, esp if the spotting continues with them, it could be a possible sign of miscarriage and you should get to your Dr asap.
If you've had a pap smear, it's not uncommon to have some spotting afterwards. If not, I would go to your OB and have things checked out just to be on the safe side.
Often when you have pains along with spotting early in pregnancy, you're urged to get it checked out as soon as possible, bc your risk of miscarriage is much higher until you reach 13 weeks.

You should definitely go to your doctor and get that checked out. Spotting can be normal during pregnancy but also it can mean a possible miscarriage. Go as soon as you can to get an ultrasound. Good luck.

Call your dr, it could be nothing or could be a miscarriage. If your dr tells you not to worry and you are still worried, go to the hospital. Better to be safe than sorry.

Very normal, although 'aches' isn't as specific as it could be. Brown spotting is nothing to worry about.

Just to ease your mind, call your OB/GYN...see what they say. There is no such thing as a wasted phone call when you are talking about your baby. Good luck!!!
