I have banked with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years and am quite satisfied with them. I think that a key element in having a good relationship with any bank is to have one person there whom you get to know well, and keep that person apprised of interesting things in your financial situation. That way, when you need a financial product, the banker will know what makes sense to try to sell you.

Not really I would suggest going to a credit union instead because you can apply for loans easier with a credit union. Either to buy a home or a new car later on down the road.
