Presidents don't handle natural disasters.That is generally the states job.FEMA only brings in money.All evacuation is the responsibility of the State and the city Mayors.

Of curse not. He was a real no,no President. Only showing himself with a yellow smile face, like " look at me, I am here now,then I still do not know what to say " He was terrible,I am just waiting to see how long he will stay on the presidency...poor people from New Orleans !!!

Just glad no big-time GOP contributor came up with idea of shoes with golden razor sharp spikes, so people wouldn't slip in there inflatable boats or they would have been passed out.

I think he didn't do alot of helping he could of done better but he didn't. I feel sorry for those victims of hurricane Katrina.
