It's usually later and usually at houses, not people. Sorry, if you had to experience this...

Who is "they" and yes, some people do throw eggs at people on Halloween Night. Usu ally they are put in their mailboxes.

sometimes they do and sometimes they don't. It depends on which neighborhood you live in.
