You ask a questions that is borderline in violation of the TOS, and you get an answer that is CLEARLY in violation (usually insulting, or a non answer (2 pts)), but you don't wanna report it just in case it draws attention to your own violation of TOS??? This is a real fear of mine! Is it time I give up?

Well - it really works like this - If someone clicks on violation and reports you, you are a violator - even if you ask if the sky is blue. Just a click and you are "it". And if you appeal - you will get an automated non-answer that says to read the rules. Each and Every time. They do not review or care they just stay out of it to avoid a lawsuit. So - it really means nothing anyway. And just document the things and if they bar you for too many violations = SUE - even though they make you agree that they are not liable and that you agree you cannot sue them - they cannot legally make you do that - so you agree to terms and SUE anyway.
