And the Democrats ask why this country is so divided?

I think a better question would be My fellow college students, are you glad I bashed the troops yesterday to liberals?

I love all the creative Kerry impersonations in this politics section!

Tell me, did you laugh when Bush made that video in 2004 of himself looking for the WMD's in the Oval Office and laughing about it? It's all over You Tube. I'm guessing you thought that was real funny eh? If that wasn't making a mockery of the effort the troops are putting forth in Iraq, then tell me what is? What Kerry said was aimed directly at Bush and his pathetic foreign policy efforts.

True.. Not prudent.

But come on, we all know that the military *is* the last choice available for many young people who do not do well in school, or even socially.

It is no insult, the military advertises parents considering letting the kids join the military after looking around and seeing gangs and pregnant kids

I love how these people are offering lengthy explanations for what was an obvious showing of how Kerry is out of touch with America and their views on the troops.

This was John Kerry at his 2nd honest, the 1st is when he came home and spun tall tales about murder and rape of the Vietnamese by his fellow soldiers for his political gain.

Hey, it's good to see that the Cons have finally adopted political correctness. They used to bash it so much, but now they wield it proudly.

John Kerry said something out loud that most people are afraid to:

Many kids with educational advantages go to college to start their adult lives.

Many kids without these educational advantages have to find other routes to get started and many times the military is a prominent option.

What's the big deal?

It's a bigger deal that the White House misled us into a military fiasco that has KILLED thousands of soldiers.

Which is worse?

The white house still has not apologized for lying to us.
