I asked a question 3 weeks ago and I said that Kerry is spending big bucks to send people out to the gravesites of dead American soldiers who died in Iraq to take advantage of the grieving families in their most vulnerable moment and recruit them to a massive anti war protest designed to destroy the Republicans.(This comes from a reliable newspaper editorial).

I think the man is sick and disrespectful and disgusting. I am proud of all of our brave troups, and I am sorry this traitor has subjected them to such hateful remarks, and he a Viet Nam vet, hinself. Shame on him! Shame on him!

For your information, Kerry only "Says" that he was talking about President Bush and not the troups. He lied! Listen to his speach again.

Kerry owes the Troups and their families an apology. But he is so arrogant that he refuses to apologize. Now he is trying toget out of it by saying he was talking about Bush, but it's all on tape and he is busted.

what I think he was trying to tell us is that in 2-3 years if a REPUB is in the oval office and we are still in IRAQ we WILL have to have a draft so stay in school and don't get drafted
We are very very understaffed if we really want to declare "VICTORY" in both Iraq and Afgan. We have extended the terms of service for the active military forces already there several times. WE need a NEW DIRECTION not the same one.
JUST MY OPINION

True.. Not prudent.

But come on, we all know that the military *is* the last choice available for many young people who do not do well in school, or even socially.

It is no insult, the military advertises parents considering letting the kids join the military after looking around and seeing gangs and pregnant kids

There was absolutely nothing in his speech today that was disrespectful or even untrue. You need to hop off the neocon bandwagon and think for yourself for once
