How do i make a dead prom queen outfit? i have a black prom dress but nothing else. and i can't go to the store

You don't need to go to the store -- it is all in the makeup.

Start with PALE base / dark eye & lip colors and if you don't have 'blood', draw blood drops from the corner of your mouth.

Mess up your hair. If you can get some old plastic or silk flowers, make a 'bouquet' and find some yucky 'ribbon' as the flower ties. If you only have new ribbon, wet it and shread the edges.
