Hmmm. It depends on who asked you first. But you can go with your parents if you need some family time. Go with your friends if you haven't seen them in a while. Go with your guy and his friends if you'd like to use tonight as an opportunity to meet new people.

don't go with the guy you like/people you don't know. Save that for another time. Halloween and trick or treating is for letting loose and being stupid with your friends. I say go with your friends and have a great/safe time.

not parents maybe friends and only go wit the guy u like if he will actually talk to u and not ignore u to talk to his friends

I say go with who you will feel most comfortable and have the most fun with. I'd go with friends.
