Cuzz it hard!!! its way easier to gain weight than to loose it... and u really gotta be honest with urself... Do u eat right and exercise daily??? I lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks doing the special k diet (u eat a serving of special k for b-fast and lunch, for dinner you eat a healthy meal) and jogging 4 times a week. Good luck

Because you eat too much and do not exercise enough. You may say you have tried but have you been honest. Do it for 1 month and write everything down religiously and counr everything. Cut down on fat,bread,sugars and eat more fresh fruit,vegetables. Also cut down on the alcohol. Then if you have been 100% honest see you doctor for tests.

Try eating small meals (about 5 of them) regularly and definitely DO NOT eat after 7 in the evening. If the meals are low cal, low carb and high protein that fat will just melt off!!!!

Do you feel tired also? If so it could be your Thyroid?

I wasn't able to lose weight and felt tired and went to doctors, they tested blood and found under active thyroid, put me on Thyroxine and feel better.

You must be eating more than you are burning off..eat a little less and up your exercise..easier said than done I know... good luck
