Need sum feedback?? I came up on a Ducati ..?

Question

on the bike it says Ducati Americano ,on the engine it says 200cc it doesnt have a year stamped on the bike as to the date it was made .Im guessin like 1965ish does anyone have any knowledge about what this bike is worth ???(its not in bad condition at all either )

The first advert I found was for a 1957 175cc and the guy wants $12,500 for that.

Looking through the page, below, I am struck by the price of the Matchless my father once had, now near $50k.
